We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Professional to join our fintech team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, finance, and creating impactful marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement. You will play a key role in designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and improve customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the fintech sector.
· Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and programmatic channels to achieve ROI targets.
· Oversee the company’s digital presence, including the website, blogs, email marketing, and SEO/SEM efforts.
· Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials such as infographics, videos, and case studies.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze campaign success, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
· Utilize data-driven approaches to identify new marketing opportunities and customer trends.
· Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital technologies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
· Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.
Qualifications:
· MBA/ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech or a technology-driven industry.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot, and social media platforms.
· Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
· A results-driven mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Salary- Upto 18 LPA
