We’re on the lookout for a strategic and creative Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager to drive both organic and paid marketing growth. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns to meet KPIs: leads, conversions, traffic, reach. Create ad creatives in collaboration with the design team and write compelling ad copies tailored to target audiences. Define audience segments, set up targeting parameters, and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance. Analyze campaign data and deliver performance reports with actionable insights. Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with the brand’s marketing goals. Oversee content creation (graphics, videos, stories, reels, carousels) for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and regular engagement. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams to conceptualize campaigns and brand visuals. Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and managing online communities. Monitor and boost community participation in challenges, contests, and live sessions. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report social media KPIs (engagement, growth, reach) using tools like Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc. Optimize content and ad strategies based on data and performance metrics. Brand Development: Ensure consistent brand messaging and aesthetics across all platforms. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, hashtags, and content styles in the fitness and wellness industry. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related field. Proven track record of managing social media accounts (especially Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). Portfolio or examples of past content creation work (especially reels, campaigns, or influencer collaborations). Skills & Tools: Strong grasp of social media platforms, tools, and trends. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong storytelling and visual sense for content creation. Proficient with Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Photoshop.
