Growth Marketing Lead - JD

 Manage and execute the Growth Marketing strategy laid down by the

Management

 Manage and train the Digital Marketing team – SEO, SMM, PPC, Graphics,

animations, Development

 Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for

improvement in key markets – USA and Western Europe

 Oversee and strategize all social media accounts

 Track SEO and Google Analytics data to create a management decision support

system

 Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for

each stage of a customer's digital journey

 Coordinate with cross functional teams and external consultants to effectively

complete tasks as per plan

 Create and manage the PPC and Paid ads strategy

 Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the

Marketing department

 Setting, monitoring and periodic reporting on team goals

 Create comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand image, increase customer

engagement and improve conversions.

 Design, implement and manage social ad campaigns integrated into the

company's strategic marketing plans.

 Track social media campaigns' key performance metrics to maximize results and

report progress to management.

Work experience

 Has worked with a proven track record of digital marketing

o Outsourcing agency, digital agency, IT industry, captive marketing team

for an MNC company

 Total 8+ years of experience with at least 3 years of Team handling

 Experience in working on overseas clients – USA, Europe is preferred
