Job Description
We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing manager to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
1. Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
2. Design, build, and maintain social media presence for our clients
3. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Understand client requirements and communicate the same to the team
5. Provide support to our clients as and when needed
6. Perform market research to stay updated with industry trends
7. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
8. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
+. Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
10. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
11. Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Promotion, Affiliate marketing, YouTube marketing & More.
12. Excellent Communication skills
Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
2. Proven working experience in digital marketing of 2+ years
3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
5. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
6. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
7. Solid knowledge of Google Analytics tools
8. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
+. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
10. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
11. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
