Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in campaign management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and web analytics
• Ability to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to target specific audiences using a variety of channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other online advertising platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that appeals to our target audience and drives traffic and conversions
• Proven ability to analyze data, derive insights, and adjust strategies accordingly to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or similar platforms
• Experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
