Job Description
We are an early stage product company that aims to help customers Drive Growth through data. We are building a B2B SaaS platform to monitor metrics and automate generation of actionable insights for growth enterprises empowering them to take proactive decisions. We have secured funding from SF based investors, SV Quad, and Inventus. Our founding team is from Google, eBay & Paypal and alumni from Stanford, Berkeley and Booth. Our HQ is in the San Francisco Bay Area with a satellite office in Pune, India.
THE ROLE
Join our early stage start-up as our Digital Marketing Manager to drive North America revenue generation and develop global market presence and reputation for a new category-creating and ground-breaking product in the Data Analytics space.
REQUIREMENTS
• Hunger to grow, creatively experiment, learn, and make a mark as a digital marketer
• Recent work experience in Digital Marketing, ideally handling B2B revenue growth strategies at a Digital Marketing agency servicing US based clients
• Experience with lead generation, lead enrichment methods and tools in the B2B space
• Knowledge and experience in using digital tools and social amplification techniques for social media marketing
• Ability to take complex technical topics and turn them into engaging content for both business and technical audiences
• Strong execution skills with a goal-oriented attitude
• Degree in Marketing is preferred, but not mandatory
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation and Enrichment
• Plan and execute all lead generation and enrichment campaigns utilizing the web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create campaign specific landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Identify critical conversion points and drop off points, and optimize customer funnels.
• Organize, manage, and lead our presence at industry conferences and events
• Work with agencies and vendors/partners to drive results, where efficient.
Marketing strategy, Brand and Content development
• Brainstorm efficient and creative strategies for building a memorable brand
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Develop bite-sized and customer relevant content - building a range of compelling assets and artifacts (Videos, Social Media Ads, Blog Posts, Case Studies) that crisply articulate our value.
• Conduct market research to develop our understanding of ever evolving industry trends and customer perspectives
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and constantly assess and improve against conversion goals.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and digital performance based on these insights.
MUST-HAVE HARD SKILLS
• Lead Generation and Enrichment using online tools and real-world techniques
• Generate relevant and easily consumed content that makes complex, abstract and technical topics easy to understand
• Experience at working with agencies and vendors to execute rapid campaigns at short notice
SOFT-SKILLS
• Hunger to win, creative with approaches, with a sharp focus on rapid execution
• Ability to tell a good (data-driven) story - to both business and technical audiences
• Data-driven, and methodical in execution
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
• Knowledge of the unique perspectives and challenges of selling a B2B subscription product
• Experience with presenting analytics insights and complex business topics through different media
• Energetic, self-motivated and comfortable dealing with the ambiguity and rapid changes that come with working for a fast-growing company in a rapidly evolving marketplace
