Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Create and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience. This includes planning campaigns, setting objectives, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs).
Content Creation: Develop and manage content for various digital platforms such as blogs, social media, websites, and email newsletters. This includes writing, editing, and optimizing content for SEO.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform changes.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics, and monitor SEO performance.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media networks. This involves setting budgets, targeting specific audiences, and analyzing ad performance.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and drip campaigns. Segment email lists and analyze campaign performance to improve engagement.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Website Management: Oversee website updates, ensure content is current and relevant, and improve user experience. Work with web developers to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and track various digital marketing campaigns. Ensure campaigns are on budget and on schedule, and make adjustments as needed based on performance data.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and to align strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years' of experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
