Job Description
Our client (ECommerce) has an immediate need for a Digital Marketing Manager. The position in remote but pls note that work hours will be late night shift in India.
Experience:
• Years of Experience: 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience managing digital channels, teams, or campaigns.
• Experience in Campaign Management: Expertise in planning, creating, executing, and measuring online campaigns across different platforms.
• SEO/SEM: Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing), PPC (Pay-per-click), and other paid advertising platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
Skills:
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term strategies that align with business objectives.
• Technical Skills:
• Some expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for email marketing, landing pages, or minor website edits.
• Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
• Content Creation and Management:
• Knowledge of content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and video producers to deliver multimedia content.
• Paid Media & Social Media Management:
• Expertise in running and optimizing campaigns on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Understanding of ad buying, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data from campaigns, run A/B tests, and optimize marketing strategies based on insights.
• Budgeting and ROI Tracking: Experience in managing and allocating marketing budgets, focusing on generating measurable results (i.e., lead generation, conversion rates).
4. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Create and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and improve customer engagement.
• Content Marketing: Oversee and optimize content creation efforts, including blog posts, emails, videos, and social media content, to enhance audience engagement and search engine performance.
• SEO & SEM: Optimize the company’s website and content to rank higher in search engines and manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, create social strategies, and engage with online communities.
• Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns, including segmentation, testing, automation, and performance analysis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
