Digital Marketing Manager | Voraco

Voraco is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to manage clients and their campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for launching and optimizing paid digital campaigns for global clients.We need someone who can write and speak fluent English, loves Excel, is a go-getter, and pays attention to details.This is not a remote position, this role will work from Voraco's Baner, Pune office.Please fill out this questionnaire in order to be considered for the role: Responsibilities:Manage the Digital Marketing Specialists and oversee their work.Coordinate with the creative team to get campaigns launched on time.Project manage company's clients and their requirements.Manoeuvre digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle.Increase marketing funnel efficiencies across the board.Increase conversion rates and optimize campaigns for lower cost/conversion.A/B Testing, measure the performance of CTAs and improve conversion rate consistently.Managing and optimizing CTAs, landing pages, and lead generation forms.Increase qualified marketing leads and conversion rates for the clients' sales team.Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.Qualifications:Excellent written and spoken English, communication skillsMinimum 2 years experience in digital or creative project management.Minimum 2 years of experience launching and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns and paid social campaigns (Facebook & ).In-depth understanding of paid marketing and conversion metrics.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Experience with B2B clients is a plus.Please fill out this questionnaire (as mentioned above) in order to be considered for the role
