Digital Marketing Manager
The ideal professional will be responsible for maintaining a brand’s online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns. Their duties include researching, strategizing with other members of the team and drive strategy, creation and distribution for successful campaigns.
Responsibilities
· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
· Create, build and maintain social media presence across all digital channels.
· Measure and report performance of all campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
· Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
· Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide guidance for adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
· A Bachelors or master’s degree in digital marketing, communications, or a related field
· Proven working experience in digital marketing in an established agency, client business.
· Experience in leading SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media campaigns
· Highly creative identifying audiences and devising high impact digital campaigns.
· Experience in user funnels and optimizing landing pages.
· Experience with Meta, WhatsApp for business, marketing automation, loyalty programs
· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
· Knowledge of content marketing tools such as Taboola, Colombia, Outbrain etc.
· Working knowledge of ad serving tools
· Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
· A keen eye for aesthetics, attention to details and excellent communication skills
· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
