Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and Execute Brand communication and PR work to targeted consumers and advertisers to enhance viewer engagement with the brand
2. Monitor marketing activities and draft plans to increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
3. Conduct monthly and quarterly marketing planning and ensure deployment of the same
4. Cascade targets and allocate work to team members and monitor periodically their progress vis-a-vis the created marketing plan
5. Liaise with sales team to ensure timely response and delivery of ideation as per the requirement of the client
6. Analyze data from Marketing research and ideate on changes/ new segments that can be created to enhance revenue
7. Train Team Members and enhance their capability quotient to ensure higher manpower utilization and engagement scores
