Job Description:
Job Title: Team Lead - Digital Marketing
Experience: 8 years
Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Work Timings: 0+:30 am to 6:30 pm (Mon to Fri + 1 Saturday Working)
Job Summary:
As a key member of our Middle Management Team, the Team Lead - Digital Marketing will oversee a team of specialists in SEO & SEM to execute tactical approaches. This role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders and supporting international offices. The primary focus is on managing the campaign life cycle, optimizing based on best practices and advertiser inputs, retaining managed accounts (both advertisers and budgets), and maintaining quality scores above defined benchmarks.
Supervise and lead the assigned team of SEM & SEO analysts, driving campaign traffic and revenues.
Measure, report, and optimize the performance of all online marketing campaigns against KPIs set.
Manage monthly budget utilization, advertiser goals (CTR, CPC & CPL), and Quality Score. Coordinate with international teams to publish the seasonal calendar for campaign updates.
Implement SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) and best practices to increase organic traffic, clicks, and impressions.
Ensure the team completes all tasks assigned by respective account managers and meets the defined SLAs.
Ensure the team meets its annual objectives, while providing coaching and development opportunities.
Conduct audits for the assigned team as per the agreed-upon sample size with the reporting manager.
Plan resources to maintain capacity at an optimum level.
Publish weekly/monthly dashboards on SLAs/KPIs achieved.
Collaborate with Quality & Training teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in calls with international teams, operational team meetings, and training sessions.
Identify areas of opportunity/gaps in processes to improve efficiencies.
Complete adhoc tasks and projects as needed.

Key Competencies:
Good understanding of the Online Marketing Industry (International).
Exposure to Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Display Advertising, Social Media, and email marketing.
Google AdWords / Google Analytics / Yahoo Bing Certified preferred.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduation is mandatory.
8 years of overall experience.
At least 3 years of experience in managing a team of 5 to 6 members.
Candidates working for Outsourced Processes of International Online Marketing Firms in BPOs are eligible.
Experience in Online/Digital, E-commerce, and Direct Marketing-Online Lead Generation industries is preferred.
