St Mary's University is recruiting a Digital Marketing Officer (App Lead) within the Digital Team in the Marketing & Communications Department to manage St. Mary’s mobile app, MySMU. As Digital Marketing Officer (App Lead), you will represent the end-user as the app champion and be responsible for devising and implementing new content/features to increase engagement and improve the digital experience for our students and staff. Reporting to the Digital Manager, you will also work across multiple digital channels, including the website and CRM to maximise conversion, increase brand awareness and help support any broader corporate objectives.
As Digital Marketing Officer (App Lead) you'll have:
• Experience in managing mobile apps as a key digital channel and implementing new features
• Experience in digital marketing and content creation for digital channels for a range of audiences
• Strong knowledge of UX best practices
• Strong communication and influencing skills to confidently work with all levels of colleagues in a collaborative way
• Experience working in a customer-led digital marketing environment
• An undergraduate degree and/or strong employment history with relevant career experience
