Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our digital marketing initiatives through a strong focus on execution and collaboration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help in delivery of content, implementing and optimizing campaigns across various channels, as well as overseeing reporting functions ensuring smooth marketing operations.
Responsibilities :
Content Operations
• Update, manage and maintain content on our company website and client portal
• Ensure all content is published accurately, on time, and aligned with content marketing guidelines
• Help create and repurpose content for distribution across our various content platforms
Campaign Management
• Assist in setting up, testing, and running marketing campaigns via HubSpot
• Assist in creating and optimizing workflows via HubSpot to generate leads, including the initial email template setup and lead nurture campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report on website traffic, campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools
• Generate regular performance dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
• Ensuring data accuracy and segmentation in HubSpot CRM
Qualifications :
Experience
• 5+ years in a marketing operations, digital marketing, content management role
• Hands-on experience working with web analytics, marketing automation platforms, other key tools
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment, preferably within large multinational organizations
Technical Skills
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot or similar tools, with a track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns
• Expertise with GA4 for tracking and reporting website performance
• High proficiency with content management systems like WordPress
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting a plus
Soft Skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Motivated self-starter that takes ownership, can drive projects to completion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
