About Part Time Job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Manage the website experience design, navigation, site speed, tech integrations and enhancements, and on-site journey to drive sales
Manage existing products and listing on marketplaces
Explore and onboard the brand on new marketplaces
Assist in creating, executing, and monitoring online campaigns and offers to drive revenue and profits in line with targets
Build a loyal customer database through CRM, email and SMS marketing, loyalty, and rewards points
Plan, forecast, and ensure onsite stock availability
Resolve customer complaints along with the CRM team
Review sales and customer reports and generate insights and action based on data
Identify and implement growth opportunities for the website
