We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other key digital channels. The role will be pivotal in enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving conversions for our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing and managing digital advertising strategies, with a proven ability to achieve measurable outcomes. They should excel in budget management, data analysis, and crafting engaging ad content to align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: ● Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate leads. ● Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly to maximize ROI by adjusting bids, targeting, and ad creatives. ● Budget Management: Efficiently manage advertising budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring cost-effective ad spend and optimal campaign performance. ● A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continually improve ad performance. ● Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools. Provide insights and actionable recommendations for improvement. ● Audience Segmentation: Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies for more targeted and effective campaigns. ● Keyword Research & SEO: Conduct keyword research for paid search campaigns and align digital marketing efforts with overall SEO strategy to boost organic and paid performance. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams (content, social media, design) to align campaign goals and create high-performing assets. ● Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising to ensure the university’s campaigns remain competitive.
