Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email campaigns, and websites.
• Create engaging content, including posts, infographics, and videos, aligned with our brand identity and messaging.
• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube to drive traffic and engagement.
• Manage all social media handles, schedule posts, and engage with our community to build a strong online presence.
• Track and analyze key metrics for campaign performance and create detailed reports with insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure our content is SEO-friendly and manage paid advertising to improve traffic and engagement.
• Develop and execute email campaigns to promote products and events, and maintain regular engagement with our audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the digital marketing and healthy food industry to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the food/FMCG industry, with a focus on healthy and gluten-free products.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms. Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other editing software.
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills to generate new ideas and concepts for engaging content and campaigns.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey brand messages effectively.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze marketing data, interpret KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Team Player: Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
