It is a family run business that offers an exclusive range of hand-knotted and hand-woven rugs made using 2500 years old traditional art form. The founder, Mr. Nand Kishore Chaudhary created a unique business model, which provides livelihood to the artisans at their doorstep. This changed the standard practice of involving middlemen to work with artisanal communities. The company currently has a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India. It has an end-to-end business model, right from sourcing of wool to exporting a finished handmade rug.

Position- Digital Marketing - Senior Manager
Job Description: The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following:
• Analysing business performance and marketing channels on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis across all consumer touchpoints. Use this data insight and analysis to make quick and sound decisions to optimize performance, across every country.
• Drive global strategy and execution of top-of-funnel campaigns aimed at new customer acquisition
• Be fully accountable for achieving set KPIs: Website traffic & store traffic, new customer acquisition, ROAS, CPA within budget
• Create the retention strategy across all markets across CRM and SMS. Guide the execution, analysis and regular reporting, owned by the CRM Manager
• Manage and update the marketing calendar across all marketing channels and activity.
• Produce marketing overview pre launch and marketing wrap-up reports post campaign, sharing insight, visibility and learnings to the wider company
• Manage consistency of brand tone of voice across all communications and sales channel
Requirements -
• 5-10 years of Experience in Digital Marketing
• Brand Marketing experience preferable, but expertise will be in Digital Marketing
• Leadership experience across a range of management
• Track record of exceptional results across all levels of the marketing funnel
• Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in all digital marketing channels (Google Shopping, Google Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Affiliate Marketing and SEO)
• Experience in managing a digital marketing team in a B2C context, ideally in Home, fashion or lifestyle
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics
• A genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, web technology and advancing technology
