What you’ll be doing: -Sales oriented marketing and content production across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. -You’ll be appointed a platform based on your strength — and you’ll have the freedom to personally work on it and take it to new heights. -Craft sharp, real, and engaging content that reflects who we are and where we’re going. -Research trends, analyze competitors, and use insights to stay two steps ahead. -Brainstorm and roll out brand-forward initiatives, campaigns, and fresh content angles. -Shoot creative, high-quality content via iPhone. -Edit content across a wide range of platforms — Canva is the bare minimum. Comfort with Adobe Suite, CapCut, VN, Photoshop, and other editing tools is a strong advantage. -Work closely with the leadership team to align communication with vision. -Keep up with what’s working — and cut what’s not. You show up with ideas and make them happen. - Strong verbal and written communication. - Ability to shoot, edit, and produce content independently and creatively. - Proven track record of success from a marketing agency, with experience in developing and executing social media strategies and content. - Prior experience in content creation, social media handling, or brand communication is a plus. - A sense of aesthetics, consistency, and creative quality.
