Daedal technovations, a globally aclaimed IT company, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This position offers the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive online traffic.
•Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement to enhance brand presence and increase followership.
•Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive user engagement and conversions.
•Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
•Create and optimize landing pages and website content to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
•Track and analyze website and social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
•Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
-In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing techniques, and trends.
-Strong proficiency in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
-Experience in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns.
-Solid understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles.
-Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Experience in working remotely or work-from-home environments is preferred.
