Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Generate and convert leads through networking, cold calling, and email outreach.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and pitches.
Manage sales pipelines, negotiations, and closing deals.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic and improve rankings.
Create compelling content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Manage and optimize paid/unpaid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Implement marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
