Responsibilities: - Bulk Communication: Execute digital marketing campaigns by sending bulk SMS, emails, and WhatsApp messages to a designated customer database. - Content Proofreading: Thoroughly proofread and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of content for SMS, emails, and WhatsApp messages. - Data Management: Assist in the organization and management of customer databases for targeted and personalized communications. - Campaign Analysis: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to analyse campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
