Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to lead and execute performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, SEO, SEM, PPC, and all aspects of digital strategy—from ideation and planning to flawless execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other platforms.
Drive traffic, lead generation, and conversions through SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to increase brand reach and ROI.
Monitor campaign performance daily and generate actionable insights for improvement.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with brand messaging.
Manage budgets and track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team.
Requirements:
4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Proven track record of successful Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, analytics, and conversion optimization.
Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute comprehensive digital campaigns.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms.
Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality will be an advantage.
