1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Optimize lead generation funnel and improve cost per lead (CPL).
Monitor and report campaign performance regularly.
2. Content & Social Media Marketing
Develop engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand tone.
Collaborate with design team for reels, walkthroughs, before-after posts, etc.
3. Website & SEO
Work with web developers/designers to update content and landing pages.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website/blog for SEO.
Monitor Google Analytics and Search Console for performance insights.
4. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Create targeted email/WhatsApp campaigns for inquiries, follow-ups, and nurturing.
Use automation tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, or others) to drive engagement.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate with the design and sales team to align marketing strategies.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing KPIs, ROI, and lead quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–4 years of digital marketing experience (interior/home decor preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus
Creative mindset with good aesthetic sense
Strong communication and project management skills
Job Type: Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
