Job Summary
A Dallas, Texas-based residential property management company is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to work from its Chennai office (Bazullah Road, T. Nagar). You will manage digital marketing tasks related to real estate, including online advertising, media content creation, listing optimization, and video production. This is an in-office role requiring strong hands-on experience with tools like Camtasia, CapCut, zInspector, and Canva.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Listings
Manage and optimize online directory listings (Google Business Profile, Yelp, BBB, Moz Local, Facebook, etc.)
Create and manage digital ads on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and ad dashboards
Post and maintain rental listings on platforms like AppFolio, Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, Zumper, and Facebook Marketplace
Media & Content Creation
Edit and enhance property photos for online listings
Create virtual walkthroughs and floor plans using zInspector’s 2D Layout tool
Design flyers, social media graphics, and email newsletters using Canva
Edit and publish videos to YouTube, property listings, and social media
Support creation of property marketing videos and reels
Website & Content Support
Maintain and update blog posts and listing content on WordPress
Organize media folders in Google Drive and ensure proper labeling
Coordinate with U.S.-based team for marketing schedules and property launches
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or real estate media
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Proficient in photo and video editing for professional marketing use
Must have hands-on experience editing high-quality videos (beyond mobile reels)
Familiarity with rental listing platforms and digital ad management
Preferred:
Strong experience using Camtasia and Audiate
Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
Knowledge of U.S. rental platforms and real estate marketing trends
Content writing or SEO experience is a plus
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Turnaround time for edited media and listings
Quality and accuracy of uploaded content and floor plans
Marketing performance metrics from Google Ads and social platforms
Tools & Work Environment
In-office position at Chennai (T. Nagar) — no remote option
Tools used: Camtasia, Audiate, CapCut, zInspector, Canva, Google Workspace, WordPress, Moz, Google Ads, Meta Ads
Collaboration tools: Missive, WhatsApp, Google Drive
