Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (On-site)

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketer to strengthen our digital presence and support integrated marketing campaigns. The role involves working across social media, paid ads, SEO, and content to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand campaigns and activations
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and drive engagement
Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and traffic
Create content ideas, captions, and campaign concepts in line with brand storytelling
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports
Support marketing campaigns including events, activations, and product promotions
Collaborate with creative, design, and on-ground teams for integrated campaigns
Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
0–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of social media marketing and paid ads
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
Creative thinking with strong copywriting skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in a marketing/advertising agency
Knowledge of event marketing or BTL campaigns
Certifications in Google Ads / Meta / HubSpot
Familiarity with tools like Canva, SEMrush, or similar
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Social media growth & engagement
Lead generation and campaign conversions
Website traffic and SEO rankings
ROI on paid campaigns
