We have established a sophisticated, data-driven system to run the operations with virtually no human intervention.Our portfolio of products comprises over a million SKUs, 2,500+ brands across 8 major categories.Responsibilities:Develop & lead strategies and account management for campaigns including the planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of these campaigns focusing on scaling acquisition while achieving efficiency targets and quality. Be accountable for meeting ROAS targets and develop insights/tactics that will increase revenue. Build and execute a data-driven testing roadmap across messaging, creative, audience, and frequency. Own regular communication of campaign performance against targets, bringing clear analysis and insights to senior leadership on a weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis, highlighting opportunities and trends for continued growth. Collaborate with other teams to improve the customer journey and leverage/provide insights to unlock new growth and conversion opportunities. Stay informed on the rapidly changing digital marketing landscape and provide recommendations on the adoption of technology and machine learning to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns. Skills Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, primarily running Google Shopping Campaigns. Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g., AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Pinterest,
