Requirements
3-4 years’ experience in a digital marketing specialist role.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Strong copy writing and copy-editing skills - able to write tight, targeted copy for campaigns and present hypotheses and results to sales and leadership teams
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Demonstrated strong communication and organization skills
Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills

Graphic Designing
Proficiency with video and photo editing tools for digital media formats
Experience managing and working with social influencers and content creators
Bachelor’s / Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or Communications
