Responsibilities:
Responsible for continuously enhancing the evolution of client analytics and reporting capabilities. Participate in strategic marketing decisions relating to customer needs, preferences, behaviours and segmentation, as well as tracking and reporting insights for digital marketing efforts.
Job Requirements
● Developing and maintaining data and reporting processes
● Overseeing market research studies to understand customer behaviour
● Providing guidance on digital measurement and goals for other teams across the organisation
● Creating and monitoring reporting dashboards
● Developing and maintaining client databases
● Collaborating with digital marketing teams to implement new systems and tracking
● Analyzing data and presenting trends, insights and strategic recommendations
● Managing teams of analytics professionals
Skills, Tools & Experience
● Must have the ability to implement and customise reporting in Google Analytics
● Must have the ability to deploy and test tags using Google Tag Manager. (Additional tools like Adobe a bonus)
● Must have the ability to audit and connect disparate data sources to build and maintain CEO and marketing level dashboards. (Tool agnostic)
● Must have the ability to clearly communicate results with clients and bring needed internal expertise to aid in the marketing teams decision making capabilities
