Our product is specifically designed for overseas freelancers, contractors and independent workers with U.S. business clients. We understand that having an easy payment method can bring more opportunities for international workers with a global mindset to create new job opportunities. We charge a flat monthly fee for customers' US receiving bank account that doesn't fluctuate with the number of transactions made – allowing our customers to keep more of their money.
We are a fully remote team with members working across various countries, all coming together to create an amazing product to support international companies and professionals.
About the Digital Marketing Specialist Role
In this Digital Marketing Specialist role, you will support the Marketing Team with the creation, execution, and analysis of paid media campaigns in local markets.
This position requires near native language proficiency in English.
What you'll do:
• Develop multi-channel, fully integrated paid digital marketing campaigns and strategies, including Search, Display, Social, Video, and Mobile
• Leverage several on and offline tools to carry out analysis and to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of paid media activity
• Actively test and analyze paid search ad copy to achieve maximum ROI
• Execute and analyze monthly paid media business metrics, budgets, and reports
• Research and evaluate paid marketing efforts and identify new campaign opportunities
• Track paid media best practices, bid management systems, keyword developments, and industry trends
• Conduct A/B analysis to optimize ad copy, images, and website content that drive improvement to KPIs.
• Work with copywriting and design teams to develop high-engagement campaigns.
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience managing Paid Search, Online Display and/or Social Ad campaigns
• Advanced web skills, proficiency with Excel/Sheets, search engine interfaces, and ad platforms
• Strong analytical skills, proven ability to make data-driven decisions and attention to detail
• Experience with paid media platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, Hotjar
• Experience with calculating marketing KPIs, user acquisition metrics and the conversion funnel
