Responsibilities:

Social Media:

· Assist in creating, planning, and executing engaging content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality customer service.

· Conduct regular social media audits and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.

· Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns and promotions, working closely with the marketing team.

· Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to maintain a competitive edge.

· Collaborate with internal departments and team members to gather relevant content and information for social media posts.

· Perform basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing content.

SEO:

· Support the marketing team in the execution of other digital marketing activities, such as email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.

· Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and other content.

· Conduct online research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience insights to inform marketing strategies and content creation.

· Create and present clear and concise reports based on research findings and campaign performance data, to assist the marketing team in decision-making and strategy development.

· Perform other duties as assigned or required.

· Conduct thorough research to identify relevant websites and online platforms for link-building opportunities.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.

· Proficiency in popular social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.

· Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

· Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and trends.

· Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data and create informative reports.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in the ever-changing digital marketing landscape.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹11,421.+2 - ₹30,14+.28 per month
