Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Marketing Specialist who can manage and optimize campaigns for Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and Amazon Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing advertising campaigns that will drive revenue growth and customer acquisition for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute successful advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and Amazon Marketing
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization to ensure maximum ROI for each campaign
• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjust bids, targeting, and messaging to improve results and achieve client goals
• Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and report on campaign metrics, providing regular updates and insights to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, analytics, and account management to develop effective campaigns that align with client objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for paid advertising, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve campaign performance
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and Amazon Marketing
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and ROI-driven strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, and other relevant advertising platforms
• Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and Amazon Advertising is a plus
