Experience - 4yrs to 6yrs
Work Location: Kharadi, Pune (Opportunity to work in UK office after 1 year on the basis of performance)
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaign
● Develop and implement all advanced digital marketing campaigns e.g. Pay-per-click (PPC)/Pay-Per-Performance (PPP), Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Email Marketing, and Send Marketing Messages (SMS) campaigns.
● Develop creative digital marketing growth strategies.
● Good understanding of both B2B and B2C space.
● Identify target audiences and deviseeffective campaigns.
current marketing trends and insights.
● Help in setting and optimizing marketing funnels (e.g, click funnel, conversion funnel, etc).
● Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools. (e.g Google Analytics, Netinsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc).
● Should have experience in Web development, Brand Building and Brand Placement.
● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
● Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
● Good understanding of metrics including Conversion rates, Cost per Conversion (CPC), Lead to close ratio, Return on ad spend (ROAS), and Cost per acquisition (CPA).
● Planning and controlling the digital marketing budget and spending by allocating budgets to different channels.
● Increasing the traffic towards the website through organic and non-organic ways.
● Getting attendees to the Webinars conducted on a weekly basis.
● Running social media, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.
● Responsible for handling all the social media handles.
● Creating the Content Strategies for the overall Brand Building.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Any specific certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
