We have ambitious plans for growth. The marketing manager will be a key member of the team who will work on the development of brand awareness, digital marketing and building online communities.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to reach a broader audience through online marketing campaigns, search engine marketing, social media, and other digital media
• Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as drive website traffic and acquire leads/customers
• Execute / manage content production for a variety of social media channels, and maintain monthly social media content calendars. Including regular publishing of content, community management, monthly reporting and optimisation of content strategy
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, Pinterest and other social media best practices
• Lead communication for creative development for social ads, including graphics, copy and videos
• Work closely with SEO/SEM on budget allocation to maximise conversions and achieve optimal performance, keyword bidding and ensuring that all copywriting are in-line with branding
• Identify trends and insights through data (ie. Google Analytics) and develop strategies to optimise e-commerce basket size, customer conversion and retention based on these insights
• Execute activities to communicate business value propositions to customers e.g. generate monthly EDM for customer database through email marketing
• Monthly tracking, measuring and reporting of performance of all digital marketing campaigns to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
