Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. • Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and monitor community engagement to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.
• Analyze digital marketing data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
• Monitor website analytics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, benchmark performance, and recommend strategies to gain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
• Knowledge in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively across various channels.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a plus.
