We are seeking a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with our creative teams to develop and execute strategies that generate leads and build brand awareness for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team
• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow and engage our social media audience, including content creation and community management
• Plan and execute Google Ad campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging and effective marketing assets, including ads, landing pages, and social media content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and social media marketing, providing recommendations to the creative team
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance and identify areas for optimization.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing and social media marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including PPC, social media advertising and SEO
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
