Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis, and use the findings to refine marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize website content and user experience to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, segmenting target lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with followers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as design, content, and development, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Utilize web analytics tools to track and report on website and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on digital marketing regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
• Experience with SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
