Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
Content Development:Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant digital content, including ad copy, graphics, videos, and landing pages.
Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand presence and engagement. Monitor social media trends and leverage them to drive organic growth.
Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports to measure the performance of digital campaigns.Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Budget Management:Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency.
A/B Testing:Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign elements, such as ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
Competitive Analysis:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital media marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.

Salary: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
