Job Description
Responsibilities:
- End to end ownership of Digital Marketing
- Define and develop the digital marketing roadmap and execute as per agreed timelines with all stakeholders
- Manage all digital handles and assets; FB, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, Website.
- Create and execute monthly content plan and strategy.
- Responsible to plan, produce and promote social campaigns, re-marketing, performance campaigns, videos, photo shoots, Behind the scenes coverage of all on-ground events & promotions.
- Responsible for the overall performance of E-commerce as well as organising Shoots for E-com assets
- Campaign planning according to budget allocation and ROI goals via various platforms and publishers
- Drive ideation and new initiatives for growth across all levels by working closely with all internal and external stakeholders
- Liaison with Business, Product and Tech teams to achieve business objectives and targets.
Profile Requirements:
- Have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in B2C marketing
- Should be Creative as well as Media savvy
- Strong attention to detail and quality including proof-reading and design aesthetics to maintain consistency
- Ability to multi-task with multiple deadlines
- A willingness to adapt to situations and change on the fly
- Stay up to date with the latest Social media best practices and technologies
- Customer Relationship Management
