Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing
Specialist to join our Dreamish Digitizing. The ideal candidate should have at least
1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels and a passion for driving results.
Responsibilities:
1. Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn etc.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
2. Content Marketing:
Create and manage high-quality, engaging content for our website, blog, and social media channels.
Develop and execute content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive organic traffic.
3. SEO and SEM:
Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings.
Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and continuously improve their performance.
4. Email Marketing:
Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Grow and nurture our email subscriber list.
5. Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience.
Monitor social media trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
Generate regular reports on digital marketing KPIs and provide insights for optimization.
Identify trends and opportunities for growth and present findings to the team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google
Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
