Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Specialist in a salon, you will play a crucial role in promoting our salon services and building a strong online presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the salon's goals, including increasing client bookings, retail sales, and brand awareness.
Social Media Management: Manage and curate the salon's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest) to engage with the target audience, post engaging content, and promote salon services and promotions.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality and visually appealing content, including images videos, and blog posts, that showcases the salon's services, team, and beauty tips.
Analytics and Reporting: Use digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to track the performance of marketing efforts. Generate reports and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Coordinate with salon staff to gather content and ideas for digital marketing campaigns. Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers as needed for content creation.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the beauty industry to ensure the salon remains competitive.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹41,070.07 per month
