Job Description
As a Google My Business Expert, your primary responsibility will be to Create,optimize and manage Google My Business (GMB) profiles of our Bulk Clinics and ensure their online visibility and ranking on Google Maps and local search results.
You will utilize your expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance the online presence of businesses, improve their local search rankings, and drive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Google My Business Optimization: • Conduct thorough audits of client's existing GMB profiles and identify areas for improvement. • Optimize GMB profiles by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information such as business name, address, phone number, website, hours of operation, and other relevant details. • Utilize keyword research to optimize GMB profiles with relevant and high-impact keywords for improved visibility. • Optimize GMB profile elements such as categories, attributes, descriptions, photos, and videos to maximize engagement. Analytics and Reporting: • Utilize Google Analytics, GMB Insights, and other tools to analyze and track the performance of GMB profiles. • Generate regular reports on key metrics such as visibility, clicks, impressions, reviews, and conversions. • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve GMB performance and achieve client goals.
Communication and Virtual Clinic Management: • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives. • Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients on GMB optimization and SEO efforts. • Communicate effectively to address client queries, concerns, and provide recommendations for improvement. Requirements: • SEO Certification: Possess a recognized SEO certification or demonstrate equivalent expertise and knowledge in SEO best practices and strategies. • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience • In-depth Knowledge of Google My Business: Strong understanding of GMB features, optimization techniques, and best practices. • Local SEO Expertise: Proven experience in local SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and citation management. • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, GMB Insights, and other SEO analysis tools to track and report on performance metrics. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, explain complex concepts, and provide clear recommendations. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accurate and consistent information across GMB profiles. • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement changes to improve GMB performance. Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
