Job Title: Senior Meta Ads Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring optimization and lead generation.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative, budgeting, and performance optimisation.
• Use data analysis tools to review campaign performance, leveraging insights for strategic adjustments and improved ROI.
• Collaborate with other marketing disciplines to ensure a unified approach to digital marketing.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital advertising, particularly Meta Ads, ensuring our approach remains ahead of the curve.
• Prepare for future leadership by demonstrating the ability to mentor and guide a team, promoting a culture of learning and innovation.
Skills & Qualifications:
• A minimum of 4 years of direct experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns is essential.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to enhance campaign performance.
• Broad understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including integration points with SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
• Leadership skills or previous mentoring experience are highly regarded, with the potential to move into a team leadership role.
• Prior experience in the finance sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
