Salary Range: INR 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 per annum
Working Days: Monday to friday
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving search engine visibility and organic traffic.
• Create compelling ad copy and visually appealing assets for digital ads, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics analyze key data points, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of 2-3 years in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and managing paid campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for informed decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Additional Responsibilities (Social Media):
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of the social media strategy.
• Schedule and publish posts, engage with the online community, and respond to comments promptly.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and deliver regular reports for strategy adjustments.
Meta Advertising Meta:
• Strategize, execute, and refine digital advertising campaigns on meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage ad budgets, targeting parameters, and bid strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to optimize performance.
• Stay updated on meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices for maintaining high-performing advertising strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on social media and meta advertising.
• Thorough understanding of social media platforms, trends, and advertising practices on meta platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and advertising platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Essentials:
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
