We're looking for a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve our overall marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including (but not limited to) SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.
• Create high-quality content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with our target audience and supports campaign goals.
• Manage social media presence, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
• Analyse campaign performance using data analytics tools and recommend adjustments for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, such as sales and design, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall marketing budget.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Proven experience developing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email/sms marketing principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, CRMs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and resourceful, with a passion for digital marketing.
• Proficiency in common marketing automation and design tools (a plus).
