As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand visibility. Effective communication skills are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively reach our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and content marketing
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with business objectives
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent content delivery
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Use cutting edge AI tools and platforms like midjourney, chatgpt etc part of various campaigns
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines
- Develop and implement link building strategies to improve website authority
- Monitor and report on website rankings and SEO performance
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate engaging social media content to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising and influencer partnerships
Email Marketing:
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion
- Design and develop email templates and newsletters using HTML and CSS
- Manage email lists and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations
-Manage company's blogs and develop emailer marketing strategies
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights
- Develop and present regular marketing reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on full-stack marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engines, and content marketing
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress
- Experience with SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using Google Analytics and other marketing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Nice to Have:
- Experience with graphic design and video editing
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM software
- Certification in digital marketing or a related field
