Role Description
We are seeking a Junior/Intern Performance Marketer to support our marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the growth of one of our client’s audiences. You will be responsible for improving the online presence of our clients by creating funnels, building partnerships, managing ad campaigns, and crafting new strategies to increase conversions.
Job Details:
Intern - 12-15k
Junior - 20-25k
Location: Bangalore
Remote/Hybrid(twice a week)
Morning shift - 6-8 hours per day - Monday to Friday
Variable compensation will be added based on 3-month performance
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Instagram
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign strategies.
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals in collaboration with the design team.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, ensuring budget efficiency and achieving target KPIs.
• Support the development of A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
• Prepare weekly regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and others
• Following good email marketing practices
• Good communication and negotiation abilities
• Soft skills – the usual
