About the Role:
You will be a key player in driving user acquisition and engagement for our SaaS product, focusing primarily on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You will collaborate closely with the head of marketing to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and analyze performance data.
Responsibilities:
• SEM Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting B2B audiences globally.
• Conduct keyword research, develop compelling ad copy, and manage campaign budgets effectively.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
• Web Content Creation & Promotion (Supporting Role):
• Contribute to the creation and promotion of high-quality content for blog posts, product pages, and landing pages, working closely with the content team.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze marketing performance data using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Report on campaign performance and provide insights to the team.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
• Contribute to CRO initiatives by analyzing user behavior, conducting A/B testing, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Community Building (Great to Have):
• Identify and engage with relevant developer communities to promote the product organically.
Experience & Skills:
• 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEM (Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads).
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful B2B SaaS marketing campaigns targeting global audiences.
• Experience with developer self-serve products is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
