Job Overview: We seek a dynamic and data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across various digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
• Should have a strong understanding about Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve marketing efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional with 4-7 years of experience in managing and executing successful online campaigns
• Proven experience in growth marketing or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
