Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, including content creation, image design, SEO optimization, and overall digital marketing efforts.
Top Desired Skills:
• Exposure to the US B2C market.
• Should be able to present their work and explain their vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Develop engaging written content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms tailored to the target audience.
• Graphic Design: Create eye-catching visuals and graphics for digital campaigns, social media posts, and website elements.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to increase organic search visibility and website traffic.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, develop strategies to increase engagement and followers, and track performance metrics.
• Email Marketing: Create, design, and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging current customers and attracting new ones.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics of digital campaigns, and adjust strategies to improve results.
• PPC & Online Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content creation.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
• Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and their ad management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
